Judy's Bar and Inn
Judy's bar is located in Otnas Ognim, which is a city that houses the planets largest spaceport. All manner of creatures, from all walks of life have stopped in for a bite to eat, a drink, or just a place to crash for the night.
As the name indicates, Judy used to be Semi-poor owner of the bar. Kyle visited here before realizing his royal heritage and fell in love with Judy upon first sight (actually they both got drunk and made love) since then they have been nearly inseparable.
Since then the bar was handed down to one of Judies trusted friends and it has become a family business. There were a lot of changes made from then as well. There’s a stage inside now for performers to work their magic and the inn upstairs expanded to connect to a hotel next door.
It's not a terribly large bar but it is the most famous as it is rumored that the Sivoan Emperor slums there on occasion.
Ground Level
On the ground level you'll find the restaurant and bar. You'll also find the register and the lobby/fireplace area for the in upstairs.

3.) Public entrance / exit
Second Level
There's not much more here than a handful of rooms that travelers can rent out for a night or two.
Third Level
The rooftop balcony. A place for lovers or dramatic battles with things that can fly.

With a bar this size, there's got to be a sizeable staff to help maintain it. Below is a list of people in Judy's Employ.
Judy Alley
The owner of the bar.
This woman is known not only for being the Emperor's love interest, but also for the fact that she is downright crazy and likes to seek our trouble. How it is that she manages to avoid being locked up in either jail or the mental ward is beyond anyone's understanding.
She appears as a tall gray-furred Mid-Sivoan with some of the wildest hair you've ever seen. The "regular" appearance of such though is in black dreads with purple bangs. Chances are that if her hair is this tame, then she's having a fairly bad day.
Angel Siamese
Head Waitress
This adorable little Full-Sivoan has been working for Judy since before the bar got leveled the first time. Unlike just, she's known for being the sane one around the bar and outside of the skimpy bar uniforms, she likes to dress conservatively.
Darlene
Bar Tender.
Here reputation for being "the quiet one" is due more to the fact that she's still learning to speak the language of the area than anything else. She was placed at the bar because she was able to pick up on how to read the drink charts rather quickly and has not only mastered the art, but could win competitions with her flavorful concoctions.
Because of her resemblance to their members (black hair, green eyes, and scars), people from the Cult of Dragonira tend to flock towards this one in order to try and start up a conversation, but often give up after trying to deal with her heavy accent.
Jesse
The "Pirate Waitress"
This Mid-Sivoan tabby wears an eye patch due to an accident when she was little and unfortunately had to deal with people making fun of her for it ever since... which caused her to develop something of a scrappers attitude.

"The Ashton Cutcher of cats"
Big, Beautiful, and Dumb is the best way to explain this Mid-Sivoan lug, but his heart is in the right place. He and his daughter Static both manage the Inn Upstairs.

Janitor?
Barely anyone sees Static, but they know she's there from the fact that the place constantly remains clean and well kept. When they do see her, they spy a rather startled Mid-Sivoan with short black hair and large golden eyes (that are much like her father's).

This Mid-Sivoan refuses to be called by any other name and does little more for the bar than attract women to it. His long, gray-striped hair and tail are always a topic of conversation, but if you ask him about it he'll just complain about how hard it all is to manage.
